BYEBYE MONIQUE : Modular handbags

hand bag made with grape leather, with modular tops.

A capsule collection of modular handbags with interchangeable tops — all crafted from vegetal leather and made in Europe with expert care. Sustainability was at the heart of the brand, without ever compromising on style or quality.

Two hand bags made of vegetal leather. each with the same top, but 2 different bases. One rounded, the other one more square. High-end quality. In a shop in Paris.

With ByeBye Monique, we wanted to make less feel like more. Two bases—one casual, one a little more refined. Three tops—one for the everyday, one for after dark, one to shake things up.
Minimal pieces, maximum looks. No need to multiply. Just mix, match, and go.

Handbags made with black vegetal leather, 3 different tops. One rock, one with a Z shape detail with gold. and one simple semi-circle. High quality, made in Portugal.

The real design flex? The system you don’t see.
The ByeBye Monique modular handbag meant inventing a whole new fastening system—simple to use, strong enough to last, and clever enough to fit two different base sizes with the same top.
We built it from scratch. We patented it. That was the fun part: making it all click, seamlessly.

Melbourne based designer, show how she designs handbag with a twist. a hidden system that allows to change the top of the bag.
